Pray It Forward

A Journey of Sharing and Blessing

Dear friends,

As many of you know, writing is more than just a passion for me – it's a calling. It's a way to share the messages of hope, faith, and love that have touched my own life so deeply. And as a fellow believer, I cherish the connection I feel with each of you who take the time to read my books.

Today, I'm excited to share a new initiative that I hope will deepen that connection and spread blessings far and wide. I'm calling it "Pray It Forward," and it's a simple way for us to create a ripple effect of faith and community.

Here's how it works:

When you finish reading one of my books, I invite you to do three things:

1. Leave Your Mark: On the flyleaf (that blank page at the very beginning), write your name and the date you completed the book. Think of it as marking a moment in your journey with the story.

2. Offer a Prayer: Here's where the "Pray It Forward" part comes in. I encourage you to add a short prayer or blessing for the next person who will hold this book in their hands. It could be a prayer for guidance, for comfort, for joy – whatever the Spirit leads you to share.

3. Pass It On: Now, it's time to let the book continue its journey. Give it to a friend, a family member, a neighbor, or even leave it somewhere for a stranger to discover. The goal is to keep the book moving, carrying your prayers and the book's message to new hearts.

   
   

Why "Pray It Forward?"

This idea came to me as I was reflecting on the power of stories to connect us. Books can be bridges, linking us to one another through shared experiences and the truths they convey. And when we add the element of prayer, we infuse those stories with an even deeper purpose.

• It creates a community: Imagine the number of lives a single book can touch as it passes from hand to hand! We become connected, not just as readers, but as fellow travelers on this path of faith.

• It extends the message: As your books travel, the core messages of my writing – messages that I hope resonate with your spirit – will reach new people, perhaps even those who wouldn't have encountered them otherwise.

• It blesses both giver and receiver: There's a special joy in both offering a blessing and receiving one. "Pray It Forward" allows us to participate in that cycle of giving and receiving grace.
